Mark has twenty years’ experience developing and facilitating business simulations.  These are designed to bring commercial insight, or quickly align leaders, managers and employees to changes in strategy or culture, helping them broaden their commercial and financial acumen and engage with and lead change.  He has a particular expertise in rapidly understanding the complexity of a business and its operating environment and then designing and running business simulations that provide the link to day-to-day operations to drive the outcomes required by the client.  Mark’s firm belief is that unless employees at all levels of an organisation are fully aligned and engaged, then neither the company nor the individual can fulfil their potential.
